These terms cover your use of Novory ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Novory lets you catalog books you own, track your reading, and set reading goals. Some features (higher shelf limits, richer notes, ambient focus sounds, and other items marked "VIP") require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
You own the book, note, and reading data you add to the app. We don't claim ownership of it, and we only use it to provide the app's own features to you.
Paid tiers are billed through the app store you downloaded the app from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's own refund and cancellation policies.
Book information shown in the app (titles, covers, categories) is sourced from Google Books and may be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. We don't guarantee its accuracy.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for data loss — we recommend not relying on the app as your only record of a valuable book collection.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
